Chính sách này mô tả dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập khi bạn dùng Pixelius qua web, ứng dụng máy tính, plugin Photoshop hoặc Pixelius Bridge.

This policy describes the data we collect when you use Pixelius through the web, the desktop app, the Photoshop plugin, or Pixelius Bridge.

Ảnh bạn tải lên được xử lý để tạo ra kết quả bạn yêu cầu, rồi trả về cho bạn. Cụ thể:

• Chúng tôi không dùng ảnh của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình AI.
• Chúng tôi không công bố, chia sẻ hay bán ảnh của bạn.
• Nhân viên chỉ truy cập ảnh khi bạn yêu cầu hỗ trợ một tác vụ cụ thể, hoặc khi pháp luật buộc phải làm vậy.
• Với tính năng sửa ảnh bằng AI, ảnh được gửi tới nhà cung cấp mô hình tương ứng (mục 06) để xử lý.

Ảnh được xoá tự động theo lịch ở mục 05. Pixelius không phải dịch vụ lưu trữ ảnh — hãy luôn giữ bản gốc của bạn.

Images you upload are processed to produce the result you asked for, and then returned to you. Specifically:

• We do not use your images to train AI models.
• We do not publish, share, or sell your images.
• Staff access your images only when you request support on a specific job, or where we are legally required to.
• For AI editing features, images are sent to the relevant model provider (section 06) for processing.

Images are deleted automatically on the schedule in section 05. Pixelius is not an image storage service — always keep your own originals.

Chúng tôi không gửi email quảng cáo nếu bạn không đăng ký nhận. Nếu sau này có, bạn sẽ được hỏi ý kiến trước và có thể huỷ bất cứ lúc nào.

We do not send marketing email unless you opt in. If we ever do, we will ask first and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Khi bạn yêu cầu xoá tài khoản, chúng tôi xoá dữ liệu cá nhân trong vòng 30 ngày, trừ chứng từ giao dịch phải giữ theo luật. Chứng từ giữ lại được tách khỏi hồ sơ cá nhân ở mức tối đa có thể.

When you ask us to delete your account, we erase your personal data within 30 days, except transaction records we are legally required to retain. Retained records are separated from your personal profile as far as possible.

Chúng tôi dùng các nhà cung cấp sau. Mỗi bên chỉ nhận đúng phần dữ liệu cần thiết cho công việc của họ:

We use the providers below. Each receives only the data it needs for its role:

We do not sell personal data to anyone, and we do not share data for advertising purposes.

We may disclose data to public authorities where legally compelled to do so.

Máy chủ xử lý ảnh của chúng tôi đặt tại Việt Nam. Một số nhà cung cấp ở mục 06 xử lý dữ liệu tại Hoa Kỳ và Liên minh châu Âu — nghĩa là dữ liệu của bạn có thể được chuyển ra khỏi nơi bạn cư trú.

Với người dùng ở EU/EEA và Vương quốc Anh, việc chuyển dữ liệu này dựa trên Điều khoản Hợp đồng Mẫu (Standard Contractual Clauses) hoặc cơ chế tương đương mà các nhà cung cấp đó áp dụng.

Our image-processing servers are located in Vietnam. Some providers listed in section 06 process data in the United States and the European Union — meaning your data may be transferred outside your country of residence.

For users in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom, these transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism operated by those providers.

Chúng tôi chỉ dùng lưu trữ thiết yếu, không dùng cookie quảng cáo hay phân tích:

• Mã phiên đăng nhập — để bạn không phải đăng nhập lại mỗi lần mở.
• Lựa chọn ngôn ngữ — ghi nhớ bạn chọn Tiếng Việt hay English.
• Mã thiết bị — mã ngẫu nhiên mô tả ở mục 02, lưu trong phần mềm trên máy bạn.

Vì không có cookie theo dõi nào, chúng tôi không hiển thị banner xin phép cookie.

Bạn có thể xoá các dữ liệu này bất cứ lúc nào bằng cách xoá dữ liệu trang web trong trình duyệt, hoặc gỡ cài đặt phần mềm. Xoá xong bạn sẽ cần đăng nhập lại.

We use essential storage only, with no advertising or analytics cookies:

• Session token — so you do not have to sign in every time.
• Language preference — remembering whether you chose Vietnamese or English.
• Device ID — the random identifier described in section 02, stored by our software on your machine.

Because we set no tracking cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner.

You can clear all of this at any time by clearing site data in your browser or uninstalling our software. You will need to sign in again afterwards.

• Sửa dữ liệu sai hoặc không còn đúng.
• Xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn.
• Nhận bản sao dữ liệu của bạn ở định dạng máy đọc được.
• Phản đối việc xử lý dựa trên lợi ích hợp pháp, hoặc yêu cầu hạn chế xử lý.
• Rút lại sự đồng ý bất cứ lúc nào, với những xử lý dựa trên sự đồng ý.

Gửi yêu cầu tới support@pixelius.net từ chính địa chỉ email đăng ký tài khoản. Chúng tôi phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày, miễn phí.

Nếu bạn ở EU/EEA hoặc Vương quốc Anh và cho rằng chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu sai, bạn có quyền khiếu nại tới cơ quan bảo vệ dữ liệu tại nước bạn.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct data that is wrong or out of date.
• Delete your account and personal data.
• Receive a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
• Object to processing based on legitimate interest, or ask us to restrict processing.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.

Send requests to support@pixelius.net from the email address registered to your account. We respond within 30 days, free of charge.

If you are in the EU/EEA or the United Kingdom and believe we have handled your data improperly, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

• Mọi kết nối tới máy chủ của chúng tôi đều được mã hoá bằng HTTPS/TLS.
• Mật khẩu chỉ lưu dưới dạng băm — kể cả chúng tôi cũng không đọc được.
• Mã máy được băm ngay trên máy bạn trước khi gửi đi.
• Quyền truy cập hệ thống nội bộ được giới hạn theo nguyên tắc tối thiểu cần thiết.

Không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Nếu xảy ra sự cố lộ lọt dữ liệu ảnh hưởng tới bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo qua email trong vòng 72 giờ kể từ khi phát hiện.

• All connections to our servers are encrypted with HTTPS/TLS.
• Passwords are stored only as hashes — not even we can read them.
• Machine IDs are hashed on your machine before being sent.
• Internal system access is limited on a least-privilege basis.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you by email within 72 hours of becoming aware of it.

Pixelius không dành cho người dưới 16 tuổi. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ em dưới độ tuổi này.

Nếu bạn là cha mẹ hoặc người giám hộ và cho rằng con bạn đã tạo tài khoản, hãy liên hệ support@pixelius.net — chúng tôi sẽ xoá tài khoản và dữ liệu liên quan.

Pixelius is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children below that age.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, contact support@pixelius.net and we will delete the account and associated data.

Ngày cập nhật gần nhất luôn hiển thị ở đầu trang. Với thay đổi đáng kể về cách chúng tôi dùng dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ báo qua email trước ít nhất 14 ngày.

The last-updated date is always shown at the top of this page. For material changes to how we use your data, we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance.
